Employer’s Agent
Logix Surveying can provide employer’s agent services to clients for design and build projects.
We have extensive experience in design and build contracts and can ensure that the design is effectively coordinated and managed, so that the most beneficial end result is achieved for all our Clients.
We establish and plan the full scope of the project with clients at an early stage to compile the appropriate employer’s requirements documentation and then communicate clearly to the consultants and contractors so that the project objectives and clients’ expectations can be managed and achieved.
Logix Surveying would then manage the project risks, in a proactive and practical way, with realistic solutions for risk mitigation and implement any necessary and adequate control measures. We can develop and provide a robust cost plan for the project and ensure it is proactively monitored and reported to our clients regularly, throughout the works.
Logix Surveying will apply a methodical and transparent procurement strategy to ensure cost control is managed in a meticulous manner and regularly reported out during the project to ensure that the client expectations are adequately controlled and achieved.

Project Management
Logix Surveying project managers are passionate about leading and delivering successful building projects, where our PMs have the benefit of trade backgrounds to support the necessary construction knowledge and can therefore relate to all site issues and quickly solve any as they arise. We also work closely with our surveyors to benefit from their commercial knowledge and experience to ensure that we have all aspects of the build process covered, in the best interest of our client’s project.
We pride ourselves on delivering projects on time and within budget, whilst ensuring that a quality product is achieved resulting in minimal defects and after care.
Contract Administrator
Logix Surveying will review the specific needs of our clients and advise on the most appropriate procurement methods, the type of tender processes and the appropriate various forms of construction contracts available.
We can prepare tender documentation and oversee the tendering process, where being the Contract Administrator, our duties include managing all the necessary contract instructions/variations, chairing regular progress meetings, issuing meeting minutes and dealing with contract formalities on behalf of our clients.
Duties can also include quality site monitoring and reports, which provides effective guidance to our clients on contractor performance and quality, during the build process. Services under certain contracts can also include contractor compliance, in accordance with the contract documents, checking site works are being carried out in accordance with the contract documents, attend regular meetings and issue relevant and comprehensive progress reports, issue payment certificates, issue instructions for variations, agree associated costs, carryout snagging and defects inspections and reports and ensure H&S compliance.

Cost Consultancy
The roles of the cost consultant services are vast, but can include feasibility studies, producing bills of quantities, estimating and cost planning, cost value reconciliation, procurement, contract advice, scheduling, buying, and dealing with final accounts. We can tailor this service to suit each individual client’s needs.

Insurance Reinstatement
We specialise in insurance reinstatement, where our management team have over 20 years’ experience in this sector. Logix Surveying can work on behalf of the policy holder or under the instruction of the, loss adjusters and brokers, providing a professional and cost-effective restoration service including all of the necessary and appropriate contract administration. We have extensive experience in restoring all types of buildings, ranging from domestic properties (including heritage properties) through to large commercial buildings. Our expertise includes: fire, flood and escape of water reinstatement and other perils including storm, impact, explosions and malicious damage.
Logix Surveying offer in-depth expertise and a team of specialists to carry out a full range of services including repair cost advice, seeking statutory planning / building regulation approval, contract administration and project management to fully restore the property in a timely manner.
