We designed and obtained planning permission and building regulation approval for the development of 16 units on this site and then actively project managed the construction element on a design and build basis, which was delivered on time and within budget.

We were commissioned to carry out a feasibility study to determine the most viable development opportunity on this site and then went on to get all the appropriate statutory permissions, including planning approval and building regs consent. Then the next stage was to deliver the job on a design and build basis, where we managed all the consultants and site team to ensure that a quality product was delivered on time and within budget.

We provided a surveying service, which included producing a specification and schedule of works for the repair works to a detached garage and bungalow, which had experienced extensive fire damage. The work was tendered in a timely manner and an enabling works package was implemented to make the property safe and avoid unnecessary delay to the repair works.

We provided a full surveying and project management service for our client, which included obtaining building regulation approval, design works for the repair and then oversee all the works through to completion to a very high standard, ensuring that the project was delivered on time and within budget.

We provided a service which included land feasibility advice and the assembly of two parcels of land (on an option basis) to secure a development opportunity, which required us to obtain the relevant planning permission. We then went on to provide a surveying and project management service on this site, where a quality product of three large detached houses was delivered.

We identified a brownfield site and provided a surveying and project management service to obtain the necessary planning approval and associated consents to then over see the build of a modern and high quality mixed commercial / residential scheme consisting of offices and two flats.
